Wednesday (UK)
Online via Zoom
Please read the 'Important Booking Information' below before booking this Talk.
Description
What if a walk in forest led to a whole new career path? Amanda Cobbett trained as a printed textile designer but a move to the countryside 20 years ago changed her focus from fast fashion to slow textiles. Concerned for species that we might be inclined to overlook and neglect amongst the forest understory, Amanda is encouraged to stitch them back into being to remind us of their importance in our delicate ecosystem . She invites you to ignite your curiosity and tumble down the metaphoric rabbit hole with her through stitch and science.
