Your RSN Tutor will show you how to hold and control the Tambour hook, create an even line of stitching and follow the curves and details within the design.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003eYou will then begin to embellish the stork, learning different ways of applying beads and embellishments using both a Tambour hook and a traditional embroidery needle. Working with the two methods side by side will give you an understanding of how each technique works and when you might choose to use one over the other.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003eGoldwork is introduced through Pearl Purl, which is applied to outline selected areas of the design. The metal thread brings definition and a clean metallic finish to the stork, sitting alongside the softer stitched and beaded areas.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"ewa-rteLine\"\u003eThroughout the course, you will also learn the starting and finishing methods used within couture embroidery.
