She completed her PhD at University College London in 2024 and is presently the Project Curator of The Bayeux Tapestry Exhibition at The British Museum. Upon completing this project she will take up the position of Lecturer of Dress and Textile Histories at the University of Glasgow.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe exhibition of the Bayeux Tapestry at The British Museum is the first time that the tapestry has been shown in the UK since it was made, almost 1000 years ago. An embroidered epic, the Tapestry is believed to have been made shortly after the events it depicts: the Norman Conquest of England in 1066.
