During the class, RSN Tutor, Deborah Wilding will teach you hand embroidery techniques including, string padding, surface couching, application of metal chips, long and short shading, padded satin stitch and french knots. This class is suitable for stitchers of all levels with all the basics covered to create your own sample. A full instruction booklet will be included in the kit to enable you to complete the design at home. It was then the property of William de Moion, Sheriff of Somerset. Since her death in 1955 it has been the home of the family of the Earl of Sandwich.
